Ever wondered why Animation was only present in Cannes when Pixar, Fox, or Walt Disney...mega Blockbusters had summer releases and a Cannes Launch platform.
The great variety of voices in Animation deserve to be heard loud and clear. We have decided to showcase some of the most innovative shorts films. The market vibrant with new film and project will echo our initiative showcasing the best of their animation, in their catalog and the best prtoduction of the upcoming countries.
Our event will offer, screenings (Best from Fests, Best Trailers, Works in Progress showreels, panels, debates, keynotes and pitch sessions for co production The event will close with a party which promises to be animated, at the very least.
Filmfestivals.com is the proud organizer of the Future of Cinema Salon in Cannes which was held several years in a row.
Le MIAFF in its second edition opens this April 16 - 19, 2015 the Industry Days under the ANIMAZE flagship.
